Candidate Privacy Policy

2. Purpose of Processing

The personal data provided by candidates will be processed in order to:

  • Manage their participation in UGROUND GLOBAL S.L. recruitment processes.

  • Evaluate their application for possible current or future vacancies within the company.

3. Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the candidate’s express consent, given through the voluntary submission of their curriculum vitae and acceptance of this privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

The personal data provided will be retained for a maximum period of 12 months from receipt of the curriculum vitae, unless the candidate requests its deletion before that period.

5. Data Recipients

Personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except where required by law.
However, service providers acting as data processors on behalf of UGROUND GLOBAL S.L. may have access to the data.

6. Candidates' Rights

The candidate may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access to their personal data.

  • Rectification of inaccurate data.

  • Erasure of their data when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

  • Objection to the processing of their data.

  • Restriction of processing.

  • Data portability.

  • Not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling.

These rights may be exercised by submitting a request to dpo@uground.com. Furthermore, if you consider that the processing of your personal data does not comply with applicable regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

UGROUND GLOBAL S.L. adopts the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data:

  • Ensuring the proper condition of facilities and adequate equipment, in line with the company's activities, objectives and goals.

  • Ensuring continuous analysis of all relevant processes, implementing appropriate improvements in each case based on the results obtained and the objectives set.
