  • Developing the settings of our technology that are capable of fulfilling the needs and requirements of the clients, based on the optimization of strategical, operational and support processes.

  • Educating, motivating, sensitizing and involving employees, for them to be aware of the importance of the implementation and development of a Quality Management System.

  • Regularly reviewing the efficiency of processes and taking appropriate measures whenever deviations are detected on the expected results.

  • Preventing health damage and deterioration of all employees.

UGROUND UGROUND is also certified by the ISO 27001:2022 Standard, which certifies the company’s management system information security, which supports design, development, implementation and support of software solutions, in accordance with the applicability Declaration (version 1.0) of December 10th 2017.
