Models are descriptions or codifications of the business reality (human and technical).
ROSE use model editors based on formal ontologies. A standard procedure to describe any business model is constructed following a concrete methodology that is shown here:
  • We first acquire the business semantic structure of the customer.
  • We discuss and understand the business processes.
  • We follow the human and the technical actors.
  • We design the best human interfaces for the tasks.
  • We integrate all the necessary technical interfaces with the existing legacy systems.
  • And then we are ready to deploy and execute.
